On our first day on the wonderful island of Cyprus this was Cache #3 on our "Discover the surroundings of our Holiday Home Tour".

When we walked along the coastline near Govenours Beach, a cache of the Ayios Georgios Alamos series came in sight. When we discovered that it was a part of a trail we decided to walk the whole trail, as the description sounded very interesting.

This first cache of the geowalk was a funny challenge. Arriving nearby we immediately spotted what was different, but did not realize that this was the goal. so we spent some time inspecting the surroundings, then returning to the cache description and the hint, laughing out loud and grabbing the container. Very nice hiding indeed, you fooled geocacher that thought they were experienced
